Tiger roars, Abu Dhabi scores!
Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority’s Chairman receives an impromptu putting lesson from 14-time Major winner

After carding a 2-under par round of 70 in the first day of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship (Jan 26-29), a beaming Tiger Woods stopped by the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority chalet where he met its Chairman, His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, and Director General, His Excellency Mubarak Al Muhairi.

heikh Sultan, who was given an impromptu putting lesson by the 14-time Major winner, wished Woods the best of luck in the US$2.7million tournament and for the rest of the season. Sheikh Sultan also congratulated Woods on his dancing prowess in a pre-Championship publicity stunt which saw the former world number one join a traditional Emirati celebration dance.
